In the craziness of life, there are few moments as precious as those spent with family, especially when celebrating milestones that mark the passage of time. Last Summer Jackie and Steve allowed for me to capture the heartwarming journey to commemorate Sofia’s first birthday with a charming backyard photo session.

Jackie and Steve’s backyard provided the perfect canvas for capturing the essence of family bonds and the magic of childhood. Against the backdrop of lush greenery and blooming flowers, Sofia’s radiant smile illuminated the scene, her eyes sparkling with innocence and wonder.

I absolutely love this family and their sweet fur babies. We all were reminiscing on the precious fresh 48 session I photographed when Sofia was born and my how time passes so quickly. To watch the joy on her face as she played with balloons and her smash cake was a serious joy to watch. Can’t wait to see them again soon!
