There’s something about the crispness of fall air and the earthy tones of the season that make it perfect for a rustic engagement session. Ashly and John’s session at Buckley Homestead was a beautiful celebration of their love, set against the backdrop of nature’s finest display of autumn colors.
Buckley Homestead, with its sprawling fields, weathered barns, and peaceful woodland paths, was the ideal location for Ashly and John’s vision of a rustic engagement session. As soon as we arrived, the rich tapestry of fall colors—deep oranges, warm browns, and golden yellows—set the tone for an afternoon filled with warmth and romance.
Ashly and John were a perfect match for the setting. We began the session near one of Buckley Homestead’s nearby fields where the golden light of the late afternoon sun bathed the landscape in warmth. Ashly and John walked hand in hand through the tall grass, their love for each other evident in every glance and smile. The simplicity of the setting allowed their relationship to take center stage, resulting in images that are both intimate and timeless.
Followed by Buckley’s charming old barns, their weathered wood adding a touch of rustic charm to the photos. The barn provided a beautiful contrast to the vibrant fall foliage, and Ashly and John’s playful and affectionate interaction brought the scene to life. Whether they were sharing a laugh or holding each other close, their connection was undeniable.
Ashly and John’s rustic fall engagement session at Buckley Homestead was a beautiful reflection of their love—natural, warm, and deeply rooted. The combination of the stunning fall scenery and their genuine connection made my heart beat so fast!! As we look forward to their wedding day, these photos will serve as a lasting reminder of this special time in their lives, capturing the essence of a love that is as enduring and beautiful as the season itself.
